Quality Assurance Specialist, Defense Contract Management District East

• Performed process reviews and provided assistance to District field personnel and contractors in matters relating to soldering specifications, certifications, cleaning processes and process proofing
• As a member of the District Quality System Review team, audited major contractors throughout New England and New York in matters relating to contractual quality requirements
• Provided training in Quality Assurance of Soldering Technology and Electronic Assembly to field personnel
• Developed three day Soldering Technology and Electronic Assembly update course, and delivered course to more than three hundred personnel
• As lead agent for Soldering Technology for the Defense Contracts Management Command, represented DCMC in matters relating to soldering technology and associated training with the military services, NASA and industry
• Assembled team of DCMC soldering instructors for the purpose of rewriting the DCMC S46 soldering course
