Question: In the earlier J-STD-001 Space Addendums, the vision requirements stated it shall be required, but it does not state with what frequency. Is it required every two years?
Answer: That is a great question.
Section 1.10.1 has been omitted from the J-STD-001 Space Addendum as of Revision G. Neither the J-STD-001 or J-STD-001 Space Addendum have any visual acuity requirements.
Any requirements to do so would now be an internal directive or request from your customer.
