Question: Do you offer training in wire bonding? If not, do you know who does?
Answer:No, EPTAC does not offer wirebonding certification/training. There are a few companies out there – I “Googled”. I have worked with TJ Green Associates in the past. The company is located in Bethlehem PA. Take a look: Click Here. They have a 2 day certification course.
