With all the electronics training programs out there and certifications to be had, how do you know which programs are the best fit for you and for your employees? In this webinar, we will try to clarify and hopefully simplify your decision-making process and allow you to select the correct programs for the correct employee tasks and prevent costly mistakes on training or certifications you may not need.

As we break down the particular goals of education, be it knowledge development or skills-based improvement, we will look at the various programs, delivery mediums (in-person, online, or on-demand), their content and “fit” in your training arsenal, and the problems they are intended to solve from cost reductions to increases in product yield or capacity. In addition, we will tackle the need for training an instructor, and/or training operators.

Join us in this webinar where we discuss training, certification, knowledge vs. skill-based and how to marry the program’s intent with the functions performed by you or your employees.

Topics we will be reviewing are:

  • Discussing the need for training or certification and its effectiveness.
  • Understanding the various training programs, delivery mediums and their role in industry.
  • Defining the role of training and ultimately the problem being solved.
  • Deciphering the need for training operators or instructors.
